Maxime Schwiersch is a German/Australian Composer, Producer and Arranger. He has recently graduated with honors from Berklee College of Music as a Contemporary Writing and Production Major.
Hailing from the Sunshine state in Australia, Maxime brings with him a diverse background of influences and experience.
As a teenager he cut his teeth on the Alternative music scene in Australia with his 3-piece band, EL FUEGO, which channelled the essence of 90s alt-rock while melting together eclectic influences all the way from funk to punk.
During his time at Berklee, he realised that while being proficient at one’s instrument was important, it is equally, if not, more important to understand the intricacies of what makes a piece of music emotionally compelling. He has since mercilessly dedicated his time to his craft in a broad range of creative settings including: orchestral, performance, studio, production, and many more.
Through his extensive experience, Maxime learned to understand that the trends of the music, film and marketing industries are ever-changing. This is why he strives to be a trailblazer in a profession that often rests on the laurels of archaic practices, while also sustaining business principles that hold the client above all else. Adopting a carpenter mentality throughout the process to ensure all goals are achieved with precision. This is what sets Maxime apart. A drive to deliver excellence while striving for innovation.
He is currently stationed in New York City working on an upcoming instrumental EP as well as numerous projects with other artists and clients. He will also soon be launching his new band, De Milo. A project that has been 4 years in the making.
